Yoga is a great way to keep your body moving and help ease some discomforts during your pregnancy, as well as a useful way to practice coping techniques to use during labor. Yoga connects your mind and body using the breath, and for many women, the breath is a helpful and easily accessible coping tool.
I teach people who aren't pregnant too! My classes are all levels and very beginner friendly. I strive to make yoga feel accessible and personal.

Or would you prefer more individualized attention? I offer private sessions in the comfort of your own home. Rates vary, starting at $50-$75 per session.
Have a few friends who are pregnant or new mamas and want to organize a class at one of your houses? I will come to you for a fun and casual class! Babies welcome! Minimum is $50, extra $10 per person after 5 people.
I also offer kids and preschool classes and am available for events.
